Q*bee Patches 
There are many awards and patches that bees display on their quilts and these are just some that you might have seen...
Official Q*bee Patches 
This will always be the first patch on any quilt that you see. There are lots because we make a new one everytime we change the layout of the site. :)
Member #id Patches
Every member has their own id patch; it changes for each block of 100 members. If you need a replacement id patch, check out our member patches page.
Queen Bee
Queen bees maintain and run the club, sort through e-mails and decide on activities. They do some of the boring 'admin' type work too.
Princess Bee
Princess Bees help the queens with activity counts, weeding out dead members, managing the site and more! If you see this on someone's quilt, it means that without them something just would not have been done! :D
Worker Bee
Without the help of worker bees, our quilt would fall apart at the seams! :) Workers are assigned some sites each, and they help us out by checking over these sites from time to time for things like dead links and missing quilts.
Retired Worker Bee
For worker bees that have hung up their hats. :D
Worker Bee Nomination
Awarded to bees that the worker bees think deserve it. A way to say thank you for all of the hard work they have put into their quilt, and for just being them!
Honeybee
The honeybees vote yes/no on pending member submissions helping to process new*bees.
Retired Honeybee
For the honeybees that have decided to go home, and drink a nice soothing cup of tea.
Daily Bee Staff
The Pixel Team make all of the cute patches and bases for activities as well as the birthday patches every month - without them the club would be very plain!
Daily Bee Staff
The Daily Bee staff are very special bees that help to publish the q*bee newsletter - fiction, fun and facts :)
Bee*Bee*S Moderator
All bee*bee*s moderators will have this patch on thieir quilts.
New*bee Welcomer
The bees who welcome our new*bees to the hive get this special patch.
Q*bee Programmer
Bees who have helped program and code for the quilting bee behind the scenes will have this patch on their quilt.
Bumble Bee
Bumble bees are members that have donated free*bees to the club. We love and appreciate all graphic donations :3
Bee of the Week
For bees that are wonderful over-all (this is kind of like the "Bees choice" award).
Bee Spotlight
For those bees that share information about themselves with the rest of the club in the weekly spotlight.
Creative Patch
For bees with extraordinarily creative quilt patches.
Cozy Quilt
Bees with beautiful, bee friendly quilts will receive this award to sew onto their quilts. You can use our cozy quilt guide to see if yours is up to scratch :)
Random Bee-ut
An award for bees with beautiful websites.
Creative Quilt
For the bees that have unique and creative quilts!
Unique Website
An award for bees unique websites. Unique layouts and unique content, not mainstream. Something that just sets it apart from the rest.
Free*bee Spotlight
Bees whose free*bee donations have been picked as free*bee spotlight or graphic spotlight will have one of these retired patches.
Just Because!
Bees who have been nominated by other members: 'just because!'
Honeycomb of the Week
For winners of the now-retired honeycomb of the week award. You can see past honeycombs in the beehive.
New*bee of the Week
Bees that received the retired new*bee of the week award will have this patch.
Butterfly of the Week
This retired award was sent to bees whose butterfly was spotlighted one week.
Honeycomb Apartment Resident
Those bees who stick with the club for over a year will have a resident patch on their quilt. If you're a long-standing bee, see our residents page.
Participation Patches
Bees who take part in our contests and activities will receive special awards and thank you patches for their quilts...
Winner Patches
...and those who win get even more :D

Staff and bees that do extra special deeds that we need to say "thank you" for receive these thanks patches.
