A letter to my fellow bees
I saw the note on the newsletter about lack of participation. My first thought was “but I’ve been so busy!” I think that may apply to many of us. However, that includes the bees who are always working to make the club better. If they can find the time, than why can’t the rest of us?

I think it would be great to have some alternative types of contests. Maybe (as suggested) short stories, poems, haiku?
I have this idea rolling around in my head about compulsory nominations... Or if not that, an email that regularly goes out with a link to the nomination form.

I'm feeling quite guilty....
since I moved to Belfast I haven't enough time, so sorry because I love this amazing club and I want to be part of it for a long time. And I'm still alive. I agree with Louise, we can try to have alternative contests (cross-stitching, painting, photography, or... it could be a "Lovely Skills Award" too. ^___^

A photography contest sounds like fun. Maybe taking pictures of bees?
