Rule Change: Compulsory Trade Logs

After some secret ninja-styleee staff discussion we have decided that it's about time trade logs were made compulsory.

Up until now they have been completely voluntary, although in recent years have appeared on quilts more and more (partly due to Bub's lovely script!) Because this helps workerbees do a much quicker/more efficient job, and thus helps us maintain a tidier club, it can't be bad!

The rule will come into effect as of December 1st, so you have plenty of time to whip your quilts into shape if you don't already have a trading log.

Please make dates on logs clear (e.g. 03/04/09 is not obvious whether or not it means 4th march or 3rd april) and make them easily accessible to workerbees via your quilt. You don't have to store all trade dates, but the past 3-5 will be mighty handy (as it also helps us pinpoint last trade dates for bees without a trade log).
