Staff Shuffle

As you may have noticed, things over the past 6 months have been a little slow at the quilting bee. Although this was, in part, due to my problems in early pregnancy, it was also down to a bit of bad people management and an unwillingness to let things go. However, things are now starting to move along quite nicely.

For personal reasons, Sofia #33 has stepped down from her staff positions. Hanna #298 has been able to take up her princess bee position, and this includes the new responsibility of managing the honeycomb resident apartments. That means that those of you who've been waiting for months to see yours up, should now have your own little spot. If your apartment minipatch is not up there, please contact Hanna via oneyear@theqbee.net, including your bee # and minipatch.

Nicole #14 and Mika #195 are now honeybees, and Lunky #251 is now a workerbee. We may need more workerbees soon, so if you've got time to spare and meet the requirements, volunteer here.

In other news, thank you to all bees who've sent in answers to the q*bee survey. Joni and I are now going through these and hope to implement some bee's ideas soon! :)

I added there recently bunch of new mini patches so might be that yours is already there but if it's not let me know. :D

I'll try to be good princess and good luck for other new stuff members. :)

Yay! Mine is up there now. Thanks Hanna!

I have always wanted to be a workerbee, but I'm afraid that because I've been a somewhat neglectful bee as of late I may not be the best choice now? Though it may be the rejuvenation I need to revamp my site and get all Beeie again. :P

I think every bee has a period where they may not be trading as much as they should, or slip behind - this is to be expected. I have given myself a few trade warnings in my time ;) They key is to recognise when you're slipping and fix it. If you can do that, there's no reason why you wouldn't make a good workerbee :)
